Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022, OICR has participated in biweekly meetings of the Ukraine Coordination Group, an international consortium of organizations devoted to artists, writers, museum workers, publishers, librarians, human-rights defenders, and those documenting Russian war crimes in Ukraine
